Definitions:

« The seller » is understood to be the abovementioned company.

« The purchaser » is understood to be any natural person or legal entity that places an order via this site.

1. General observations

Sales via this site shall be governed solely by these general terms of sale which shall apply to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions, including those shown on order forms issued by the purchaser.

The seller reserves the right to amend these general terms of sale at any time. Nevertheless, the general terms of sale in force at the time a sale is concluded shall continue to apply to that order.

The photos, illustrations, colours and text relative to the products reproduced on this site are not contractually binding and accordingly the seller shall have no liability in this regard.

Any disputes involving BECKET s.a. shall be governed by the laws of Luxembourg and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg.

Al orders shall be invoiced 30 days after their acceptance if the order cannot be implemented because of a delay for which the customer is responsible.
If an order is cancelled by the customer, the customer shall pay an amount corresponding to the costs already incurred, together with compensation amounting to 15% of the amount of the order, in accordance with article 1794 of the Civil Code.

The invoice will be issued in the name of the invoicing company indicated when the order is placed.
If the name of the invoicing company is changed after the order has been placed, an additional 25 EUR exclusive of tax, will be invoiced, for administrative costs.

All goods delivered shall remain the seller’s property until the purchaser has paid for them in full.
The purchaser shall, however, bear all risks of loss, damage or destruction of goods delivered, from the time they leave our site.

The seller’s liability shall at all times be limited to replacing the image.
In the event of late delivery, the seller’s liability shall be limited to lump-sum compensation of 150 euros or to the amount of the actual loss suffered by the customer if the latter is less than 150 euros.

2. Preise

Unsere Preise verstehen sich ohne Mehrwertsteuer in Euro. Die Verkaufspreise auf diesem Standort sind jene, die zum Zeitpunkt der Erfassung des Auftrags angegeben sind.
Die angegebenen Verkaufspeise enthalten keine Versandkosten, diese werden am Ende der Bestellung zusätzlich, je nach dem Bestimmungsort/Land und der gewünschten Lieferungsmethode berechnet.

3. Auftrag

Bei der Erfassung des Auftrags sind Sie verpflichtet, präzise und genaue Angaben zur Rechnungs- und Lieferungsadresse des Empfängers zu machen, insbesondere was die Informationen zur Mehrwertsteuer betrifft und eine E-Mail Adresse zur Sendung Ihrer Auftragsbestätigung.
Nach vollendetem Auftragsvorgang haben Sie keine Möglichkeit mehr auf diesen zu verzichten.

4. Zahlung

Die verschiedenen erlaubten Zahlungsmethoden haben eine Auswirkung auf die Produktionsfrist, siehe die detaillierten la Zahlungsbedingungen

5. Versand

Die Lieferfristen werden in Werktagen angegeben und können nur als Beispiel dienen, die auf keinen Fall als vertragliche Elemente angesehen werden.

6. Eigentumsrecht

Der Kunde garantiert, die Eigentumsrechte betreffend den übermittelten Elemente (Bildansichten, Logo, Slogans usw.) zu besitzen, die für die Bildproduktion notwendig sind, sowie die falls erforderlichen Genehmigungen für die Anlage. Der Kunde ist verantwortlich für die Zahlung der Steuern, die eventuell durch die Verwirklichung ihres Projekts erzeugt werden.
