You transmit your visual when placing your order under "Choose your image”. The UPLOAD system is powerful and enables you to transfer files of up to 200 Mb. The speed of transmission depends on the speed of your UPLOAD connection.
To estimate the transfer time, you must first of all test your line (for example via the following site: www.test-debit.fr/vroom). Then, refer to the table below which will indicate how long the transfer will take depending on the size of your file and your UPLOAD speed:

If you have difficulties in transferring your original file, you can transfer a thumbnail using " Choose your image" then, either indicate the address of your FTP server or ask for an FTP account to be set up in your name on our server. In the latter case, the address details of this account will be sent to you by e-mail.
