The Master Winegrowers, with their experience, carefully select their IGP so that the wine profiles meet consumers' expectations: Light, fresh, fruity and easy to drink. Gourmandise results from the selection of quality wines for immediate pleasure.
A plot selection is made in the vineyard with a rating on the specifications of each plot; The grapes are harvested at perfect maturity, in order to express the optimal potential of the grape variety. The grapes are destemmed, cooled to 8 ° C and sent to the press. Particular attention is paid to pressing so as to keep only the first most qualitative juices. Then follow the settling and fermentation stages with perfect control of temperatures throughout the vinification. It is the Master Vignerons of Saint-Tropez who carry out the final stabilization treatments of the wine before it is bottled. This last step is carried out under optimal conditions with the latest generation technical equipment to preserve the quality of the wines.
