How can you make sure you receive emails after placing your order?

When you place an order, Vedi-Express keeps you informed by email during each stage of the process (order confirmation, processing, delivery, etc.).
As the number of emails sent by Vedi-Express is very high, certain anti-spam systems block our messages.
Therefore, they do not reach you.

How can you check whether this applies to you?

It is very simple.
If you have NOT received an email confirmation within 30 minutes after placing your order, it is very likely that your anti-spam system is blocking our email.
You can also carry out a simple test by sending a small message to "Webmaster" via the Contact form ("Contact" button in the title bar).
As a copy of your message is automatically sent to you when this form is used, you can check whether you actually receive the copy in your mailbox.

How can you rectify this situation?

Everything depends on your email system.

If you are using a company network, with a central messaging system such as "Microsoft Exchange", etc.
Contact your System Administrator and ask him to add the "Vedi-Express.com" and "vedi-express.info" “domains” to the whitelist of reliable senders.

In most other cases (Outlook, Thunderbird, etc.) you must use the “spam” management function.
For Outlook for example, if you right-click on any email received, this opens a menu containing a “spam” item, then click on “Spam options”.
You can find all the information you need on this subject on the Internet.
For example, follow the following link:
http://www.labo-microsoft.org/articles/win/anti_spam/

Outlook 2003/2007 Outlook 2010
- Click on "Tool", then on "Options" - Home Tab
- Select "Preferences", then "Spam" - Click on "Spam"
- Click on "Approved recipients" - Select "Spam options"
- Cliqck on "Add" - "Approved Sendres" tab
- IInsert: "@vedi-express.info" - Click on "Add"
- Cliqck on "OK" - Insert: "@vedi-express.info", then "OK"

For other software, you will also have to use a "Spam" menu, or "Tools", etc.
Please consult your software help function, or you can visit Internet forums.

Note: We always recommend adding the "Domains" vedi-express.com and vedi-express.info and not simply the sender’s email address.
