Terroir

Our vineyard is located on the steep slopes of the Séranne mountain, at an altitude of approximately 300 meters.
We observe a direct influence of the terroir on our wines. The cool temperatures of the mountains bring aromatic power and a beautiful freshness to our wines.

Vinifications 

Sorting in the cellar, de-stemming, long maceration, pumping over, shedding and manual trapping. Aging in stainless steel vats to preserve the notes of garrigue and spices.
