How much does it cost?

Behind standard 3PL logistics offers often lies a cost structure that is difficult to grasp.

Between storage fees per parcel depending on size or per m² or per pallet, charged monthly or weekly, processing costs per order, picking, then packaging, printing of waybills, handling of special orders, fixed charges, unexpected surcharges at workshop hourly rates, IT, logistics manager, it becomes almost impossible to know what you will actually pay. The final invoice often reveals unpleasant surprises. This lack of transparency, caused by complexity and numerous cost items, makes budget planning tricky, even risky. Every action can generate an unanticipated additional cost. In reality, you never truly control your budget, and this ends up slowing growth instead of supporting it.

Gone are the fragmented pricing structures that make costs impossible to predict. VEDI offers a model aligned with the success of the project. VEDI succeeds if its partner succeeds. Three components known before you commit:

  • Startup costs: tailored to the scope of the integration project and the volumes to be handled
  • Monthly minimum: a flat amount to cover fixed monthly costs. It is minimal and agreed upon
  • Commercial mark-up: percentage of the generated revenue that makes the 3PL+ offer dynamic, fair, and directly tied to performance. This approach ensures transparency, flexibility, and ongoing ambition
