Usage

This adjustable center hinge is designed for folding wooden doors, providing secure and precise alignment. Ideal for use in cabinetry, wardrobes, and interior partition doors where space-saving folding mechanisms are required.

Advantages

  • Infinitely adjustable reveal from minimum to +4 mm ensures a flush door application at all times.
  • Gradual pivot offset adjustment (0 mm, 3 mm, 6 mm) offers installation flexibility for various door configurations.
  • Durable nickel-plated die-cast zinc construction resists wear and maintains performance over time.
  • Suitable for door thicknesses from 15 mm and up, supporting a wide range of panel sizes.
  • The same drilling pattern is used for both the door leaf and side element; both can be mounted separately. This may require careful planning during installation.[5][9]

  • Construction: Nickel-plated die-cast zinc hinge arm and cup
  • Adjustment: Reveal infinitely adjustable from min. to +4 mm; pivot offset settable at steps of 0/3/6 mm
  • Cup Diameter: 35 mm; suitable for overlay mounting on doors with a minimum thickness of 15 mm[5][9]
  • Opening Angle: Up to 180°, enabling wide access or fully folded positions[5][7]

How it works
