Usage

This fitting kit is designed for installing one sliding folding door system with four panels, ideal for wardrobes or storage furniture made of wood. It is intended exclusively for indoor use in custom cabinetry and room partitions.

Specifications

  • The kit comprises tandem quick-mount rollers, height-adjustable supports, central guiding elements, clip-on central hinges, end stops, dampening pads (top/bottom), spacing devices, locking plates, and mounting accessories.
  • Suits indoor wooden doors; not suitable for outdoor or moisture-prone environments. Requires that the internal width of the furniture body does not exceed 800 mm. The top panel must resist bending by more than 1.5 mm when loaded.
  • Carries up to four panels (each ≤20 kg); each panel should not exceed recommended manufacturer specifications for size.
  • Differentiators include tandem roller technology for smoother motion and tool-free hinge assembly with integrated noise reduction pads on each door edge.

How it works

The kit’s hardware is mounted at the top and bottom inside a cabinet or partition frame. Door panels are attached using clip-on hinges; they fold together as they slide along tracks with integrated rollers and guides. Final position adjustment ensures quiet movement and proper closure against the furniture body.
