Usage
The pedal lever for doors is designed to assist with the horizontal lifting and lateral movement of heavy or unwieldy doors, making installation or adjustment tasks easier and safer in construction and renovation settings.
Advantages
- Hands-free operation enables precise positioning while keeping both hands available for guidance.
- Provides up to 75 mm of vertical lift, suitable for most standard door installation requirements.
- Lateral movement capability thanks to an orientable beak (right/left), allowing fine alignment adjustments.
- Molded aluminum construction ensures robustness with moderate weight for portable use.
- Simple mechanical design reduces maintenance needs over time.
Specifications
- The body is manufactured from die-cast aluminum, offering strength without excessive weight.
- The pedal mechanism uses an articulated system to ensure smooth operation and durability under repeated use.
- Permits a horizontal lift of up to approximately 75 mm per actuation cycle, supporting typical door weights encountered onsite.[1]
- The orientable beak can pivot right or left, enabling lateral door adjustments during fitting.[1]
How it works
Place the pedal lever beneath the edge of the door. By pressing down on the foot pedal, the mechanism raises the door horizontally up to approximately 75 mm. The adjustable beak allows sideways repositioning during operation, facilitating quick alignment.
