Usage
Ideal for intermediate and fine sanding of wood, lacquer, varnish, MDF, chipboard, and solid surfaces using random orbit sanders in furniture production or interior finishing contexts.
Advantages
- Universal suitability for a wide range of woods and coatings
- High flexibility ensures effective sanding on edges and corners
- Low clogging rate maintains consistent performance during operation
- Nineteen-hole configuration promotes optimal dust extraction for a cleaner work environment
- Smooth finishing results on both flat and contoured surfaces; may show reduced performance on highly resinous substrates over time
Specifications
- P120 grit abrasive disc with siafast hook & loop fastening system; open-coat aluminum oxide design enhances cut quality[3][5]
- Tear-resistant construction designed for long life in professional use; complies with standard FEPA safety recommendations[3]
- Diameter: 225 mm; hole pattern: nineteen holes; pack contains twenty-five discs; suitable for both manual and portable machine use[3]
- Differentiating features include excellent edge flexibility, universal application across wood types, and reliable dust management through multi-hole design[3][5]
How it works
The disc attaches quickly to compatible random orbit sanders via hook & loop backing. During sanding, the abrasive layer removes material while the nineteen-hole pattern enables efficient dust extraction to maintain performance.
