Usage
The Fraise carbure Fein Ø 29mm x 35 Weldon 3/4" is designed for precision drilling in metal using compatible magnetic core drilling machines. It is ideal for industrial fabrication, maintenance, and metalworking applications where accurate hole cutting is required.
Advantages
- Provides optimal performance for cutting holes up to 29 mm diameter in various metals.
- Features a robust carbide-tipped construction ensuring high efficiency and maximum tool life.
- Compatible with a wide range of Fein magnetic core drill models, increasing versatility.[1][3]
- Offers consistent results thanks to its precise metric dimensions and standardized Weldon shank.[1][2]
- The fixed depth of cut (35 mm) may limit use on thicker materials beyond this dimension.[1][2]
Specifications
- Tungsten carbide-tipped cutter with metric sizing; designed specifically for durability and high efficiency.[1][2]
- Sustains prolonged use with minimal wear; engineered for maximum lifespan under normal operating conditions.[1][3]
- Bore diameter: Ø29 mm; cutting depth: 35 mm; shank type: Weldon (3/4 inch).
- Differentiated by compatibility with numerous Fein models including KBB, AKBU, KBU, and KBM series machines.[1][3]
How it works
This cutter is mounted onto a compatible magnetic core drilling machine via its Weldon shank. When activated, the carbide tips efficiently remove material as the tool advances through metal stock to create clean holes up to a depth of 35 mm.
