Usage
This flat hinge is designed for mounting thin and/or laminated panels with a thickness of 10 to 13 mm, as well as single doors in semi-overlay installations, commonly used in modular or partition furniture systems.
Advantages
- Compatible with Trespa and other thin panel materials for versatile applications
- Allows a wide door opening up to 240° for easy access and movement
- Robust zinc alloy construction with stainless steel finish ensures reliability and corrosion resistance
- Screw adjustment: vertical ±2 mm, overlay adjustment of door coverage by +1 mm for precise installation
- No door withdrawal at openings above 140°, improving safety and usability in constrained spaces
Specifications
- Zinc alloy (zamak) body, nickel-plated or stainless steel finish depending on model variant; hardened steel pin with maintenance-free plastic bearing bushings[1][3]
- Corrosion-resistant materials suitable for indoor use and high-wear environments[1][3]
- Total hinge arm thickness: 4.5 mm – supports modular system integration[1][3]
- Maximum opening angle: up to 240° – suitable for full access doors[1][3]
- Keeps panel edge distance (knot): 5 mm; bracket overlays the door by 3.5 mm (or 2 mm when used with a spacing shim on thinner panels)[1]
How it works
The hinge is mounted onto the side of the panel or door using compatible screws. It allows single-panel doors to swing open up to 240°, while built-in adjustment features make precise alignment quick during installation and use.
