Usage

This anthracite spacer bar is designed for use with drawer slides and runners, allowing the correct installation of internal drawers by bridging the gap created by cabinet doors or hinges in carcasses with 16/19 mm thickness.

Advantages

Ensures smooth drawer operation where doors and hinges would otherwise obstruct movement.
Compatible with most standard drawer slide systems from leading brands.
Can be installed on either side of the cabinet to suit various configurations.
Easily cut to size for shorter runner applications beyond its default length of 486 mm.
Reduces risk of cabinet side wall damage near hinge zones during installation or use.

Specifications

Anthracite finish; dimensions: height 50 mm, width 25 mm, length/depth 486 mm (can be shortened).
Suits body thicknesses of cabinets between 16 and 19 mm; robust construction for recurring mechanical stress over time.
Covers door/hinge protrusions up to a maximum of approximately 25 mm; compatible with standard screws (diameter: 3.5–4 mm, length: min. 35 mm).
Broad compatibility: suitable for many runner/drawer systems such as Slim, Hettich ArciTech/AvanTech/InnoTech/MultiTech, BLUM LEGRABOX/TANDEMBOX/MERIVO, GRASS Nova/Dynapro/Vionaro/DWD-XP among others.
Can also be used on left or right according to needs.[1][2]

How it works

The spacer bar is mechanically fixed inside the cabinet behind the door using screws. By doing so, it provides stable support for runners and ensures that internal drawers can slide freely without being obstructed by protruding doors or hinges.[1][2]
