Usage

The 4SAFE 900mm safety detector is designed for secure operation of automatic swing doors. It is used to prevent accidental contact by monitoring the area in front of the door leaf, especially in environments requiring elevated user protection.

How it works

The sensor uses active infrared beams arranged across its length to detect movement or presence within a defined area in front of the swing door leaf. When an object or person enters this zone while the door moves, it signals the operator to halt or reverse motion—ensuring safe passage for all users.
