Usage
The folding lifting compass Lift Advanced HF without pneumatic struts is designed for overhead cabinet fronts with an internal height of 701 to 770 mm, suitable for wooden or aluminium-framed panels.
Advantages
- Adjustable opening force enables smooth operation tailored to the flap’s weight.
- Silent System integrated for damped, soft closing movement.
- No center hinge or cross member required, maximizing interior cabinet space.
- Three-dimensional front adjustment: vertical, horizontal, and tilt/depth (± 2 mm each).
- Pneumatic gas springs must be ordered separately to match the specific flap weight and application needs.
Specifications
- Constructed from powder-coated aluminium (silver) and grey plastic; designed for wooden fronts or framed panels with a minimum width of 19 mm aluminium profile.
- No central hinges needed. The system supports unequal leaf division above a cabinet body internal height of 490 mm. Durable design offers reliable functionality over repeated operation cycles.[1][5]
- Compatible with flap weights (including handle) from approximately 3.8 to 15.4 kg.[5]
- The kit includes: one pair each of right/left mounting fittings and cover caps plus fixing material. Recommended use with fast assembly concealed hinges (opening angle at least 110°). Gas springs are not included.[1][5]
How it works
This lifting compass installs on both sides inside the furniture carcass to support folding or lift-up doors. It allows controlled, adjustable lifting motion according to door weight and closes gently thanks to integrated damping technology. Pneumatic gas springs can be added as needed for optimal balance based on front size and mass.[1][5]
