Usage
Fischer FNH 8x110mm nail sleeves are designed for secure framework and frame fixings in concrete. Ideal for mounting door frames, window frames, railings, and facade elements where reliable anchoring is required.
Advantages
- Effective anchoring depth of 40mm provides reliable holding power in concrete substrates
- Maximum fixture thickness of 70mm allows versatile application with various frame sizes
- 110mm length ensures proper penetration depth for secure installations
- Pack of 50 pieces is convenient for contractors and larger installation projects
- Requires precise 8mm drill hole diameter, which may necessitate specialized drilling equipment
Specifications
- Steel construction with zinc-plated finish for corrosion resistance in indoor applications
- Minimum drill hole depth of 120mm for through fixings ensures proper anchor engagement
- 8mm diameter provides appropriate load capacity for framework applications
- Expansion mechanism creates secure hold by distributing pressure against drill hole walls
How it works
The FNH nail sleeve anchors are installed by drilling a precise 8mm hole to the required depth, inserting the anchor into the hole through the fixture, then driving the nail portion fully into the sleeve. This causes the sleeve to expand against the concrete, creating a secure mechanical bond that firmly holds the frame in place.
