Usage
The SAH130 suspension bracket is designed for secure mounting of cabinets to walls. It is primarily used inside the cabinet body for rail or hook suspension in kitchens, living spaces, or utility rooms.
Advantages
- Supports up to 35 kg per piece, ensuring robust and reliable cabinet installation[1][5].
- Offers three-dimensional adjustment (height ±7 mm, depth max. 15 mm, lateral ±3–7 mm) for precise alignment[5].
- Prevented from slipping sideways when hooked thanks to integrated safety guard[3][5].
- Sleek design remains concealed within the cabinet body for a clean appearance[2].
- Simple press-in installation minimizes assembly time; however, separate shelf attachments are not permitted as they require dedicated support[5].
Specifications
- PVC and metal construction with white finish; suitable for both left and right side mounting[1][5].
- Tested load capacity of 35 kg per unit according to DIN 15939 chassis test A standards (recommended use: one pair per cabinet)[1][3][5]. Complies with EN 14749 furniture requirements.
- Lifting height: up to 7.5 mm. Minimum rear wall setback: at least 16 mm.[5]
- Differentiating features include three-dimensional adjustability and anti-slip protection during hook suspension; requires two special ø 5.5 × 50 mm screws per bracket (additional screw required for cabinets wider than 900 mm)[3][5]. Unsuitable for use with finishing shelves lacking their own support.
How it works
The SAH130 bracket presses into the sides of the cabinet body and attaches using special screws. By adjusting height, depth, and lateral position after installation, users achieve exact alignment before suspending the entire unit securely onto wall rails or hooks.
