• The content that you share with other suppliers using our web promotion tools (sharing of creations.

• Data generated as part of your transactions (purchases, sales) or linked to your vedi-express account following a transaction in which you participate, such as the amounts of transactions, the date and place of transactions and payment or payment methods.       

• The data generated by your other actions when you use our Services and which are linked to your vedi-express account, for example when you place objects in your basket, save centers of interest.       

• Data regarding all other interactions with our Services, your advertising preferences and your communications with us.

5.1 We process your personal data for the purpose of performing our contract with you and providing you with our Services. This includes the following purposes:

5.5 Sharing of data between members of the vedi-express group of companies   

As set out in point "Personal data collected from other sources" above, we also have access to personal data concerning you held by other members of the vedi-express group of companies . This allows us, in particular, to provide you, subject to obtaining your consent in accordance with the law, information on products and services that we think may be of interest to you, as well as to improve our products, services, content and advertising by analyzing your use of the services of other members of the vedi-express group of companies , in particular by matching certain data (e.g. cookie identifiers). It also allows us to more effectively prevent, detect, limit and investigate fraud, security breaches and other prohibited or illegal activities, as well as assess the associated risks. We also give access to your personal data to other members of the vedi-express group of companies for the aforementioned purposes. Insofar as other members of the vedi-express group of companies have access to your personal data, they will comply with practices at least as restrictive as those described in this Personal Data Notice.
