Usage
The Geze TS 5000 L door closer is designed for controlled and automatic closing of single-leaf doors, especially fire and smoke protection doors in commercial and public buildings, when installed on the opposite hinge side.

Specifications
- Slim overhead design made of robust metal; supplied in a silver finish. Utilizes a guide rail system (arm not included).
- Certified according to EN 1154; approved for mounting on fire and smoke protection doors when installed with appropriate accessories.
- Covers single-leaf doors up to a maximum leaf width of 1400 mm. Adjustable closing force from EN size 2–6. Maximum opening angle up to approximately 180° (door geometry dependent).
- Differentiated by its full front-side adjustability: users can set latching action, closing speed, back check strength, and visual force indication without dismounting any covers or parts. Complies with barrier-free standards per DIN 18040 up to leaf widths of 1100 mm.
How it works
The TS 5000 L uses an internal hydraulic mechanism that gently but securely closes the door after each opening. Adjustment valves on the front allow you to fine-tune speed, latching strength, and resistance—ensuring reliable closure even under changing pressure or wind conditions.
