Usage
The Facom 24mm ratcheting combination wrench is designed for tightening and loosening nuts and bolts in automotive, industrial, and maintenance settings where speed and accessibility are required.
Advantages
- Ratcheting mechanism allows quick fastening without removing the tool from the fastener
- 12-point OGV® ring profile provides powerful torque while minimizing nut damage
- Satin chrome finish offers enhanced corrosion resistance and easy cleaning
- 15° offset at both ends improves access in confined spaces
- Durable construction; minor drawback: slightly higher weight compared to non-ratcheting wrenches due to internal mechanism
Specifications
- High-quality chrome vanadium steel with satin chrome-plated surface for durability and wear resistance[5]
- Complies with international standards: ISO 1711-1, ISO 691, ASME B107.100[7]
- Total length: approximately 320 mm; open end jaw width: 24 mm; closed end (ring) diameter: suitable for standard metric applications[5][9]
- Ratcheting eye with reversible lever, angle of engagement at only 5°, both ends offset at 15° for comfortable handling[5][7]
How it works
The user positions the open or ring side of the wrench on a matching fastener. The ratcheting ring enables continuous turning by moving the handle back and forth, engaging only on forward strokes thanks to its internal pawl system. The design allows rapid work even in tight areas.
