Usage
The Aérogommeuse Minigom combined with the Atmos PB 82E-6 / PCE compressor is designed for fine, precise abrasive cleaning of surfaces such as wood, stone, metal, and delicate facades. It is ideal for renovation, restoration, and industrial cleaning tasks requiring gentle yet effective stripping.
Advantages
- Allows for highly controlled abrasive projection with minimal damage to sensitive substrates.
- Compact and mobile design facilitates access to confined or hard-to-reach areas.
- Operates at low pressure to reduce risk of surface deformation or etching.
- The included Atmos PB 82E-6 / PCE compressor ensures continuous airflow tailored to aerogommage needs.
- Abrasion intensity adjustable directly from the control interface; minor drawback: requires compatible abrasives for optimal results.
Specifications
- The Aérogommeuse Minigom features a robust steel construction with corrosion-resistant treatment. The Atmos PB 82E-6 / PCE compressor uses an oil-injected rotary screw design ensuring steady compressed air supply.
- Engineered for regular professional use; components selected for long-term reliability in demanding environments. Meets applicable safety standards for pressurized equipment.
- Aerogommeuse working pressure typically ranges from approximately 0.5–7 bar (7–101 psi), supporting precise surface adjustment; paired compressor delivers up to approx. 450–800 l/min free air at standard operating pressures (values may vary by configuration).
- Differentiating features include fine metering valve, anti-caking system to ensure consistent material flow, and easy maintenance access points on both units.
How it works
Abrasive media is introduced into a regulated stream of compressed air provided by the Atmos compressor. The mixture is projected via a nozzle onto the workpiece surface, enabling controlled removal of unwanted layers without damaging underlying materials—ideal for restoration or precision cleaning jobs.
