Usage
This stainless steel floor keep is designed to be embedded directly into the ground as a secure strike for lock bolts. It is suitable for commercial, industrial, or residential applications where enhanced stability and corrosion resistance are needed.
Advantages
- Manufactured from high-grade stainless steel for superior corrosion resistance
- Ensures a stable and secure locking point for door bolts and locks
- Compatible with pênes (bolts) of 13 mm diameter, supporting precise installations
- Simple embedding process streamlines installation work on site
- No moving parts: minimal maintenance required over its lifespan
Specifications
- Material: AISI stainless steel construction, anti-rust finish for use in demanding environments[1][3]
- Lifespan: Withstands frequent use with durability up to approximately 30 years under normal conditions[5]
- Main dimensions: Ø13 mm internal diameter, collar size typically Ø25 mm (verify per project needs), recommended drilling depth: approx. 36 mm[4]
- Differentiator: Resistant to wear and deformation thanks to solid metal design without springs or mobile inserts[4]
How it works
The floor keep is set directly into pre-drilled concrete or masonry. The locking bolt slides into the central hole when engaged, securing the door in place against forceful movement or unauthorized opening.
