Usage
The supplementary stay for Primat-FL190 Blanc is designed to support lift-open and lift-open-drop window and door fittings, offering reinforced movement control and precise positioning for demanding architectural applications.
Advantages
- Enables glass weights up to 70 kg/m², meeting requirements for larger or heavier sash elements.
- Smooth operation even at an opening width of up to 190 mm due to advanced stay design.
- Anti-dirt profiling within the stays ensures long-term reliability and reduced maintenance needs.
- Robust construction with visible parts in anodized aluminium and functional components featuring HAUTAU-Splus surface treatment for enhanced corrosion resistance.
- Space-saving installation requiring only 23 mm, suitable for modern narrow profiles.
Specifications
- A combination of anodized aluminium (visible parts) and steel components with HAUTAU-Splus finish (chromed silver); ergonomic lever design ensures comfortable handling.[1]
- Chemical surface treatment provides high durability against corrosion; meets contemporary heat insulation regulations by ensuring increased contact pressure through additional third locking.[1]
- Supports sash widths from at least 440 mm up to a maximum of 3600 mm (with one to three stays as required); opening width adjustable between approximately 110 mm and maximum of around 190 mm; compatible with sashes up to a maximum weight of about 80 kg.[1]
- Differentiated by flexible universal brackets suitable for all window materials (PVC, wood, aluminium), quick interlocking rod connection system without clamping screws, and optional lockable levers.[1]
How it works
The supplementary compas is mounted onto the Primat-FL190 fitting system. It connects via a simple interlocking rod mechanism, guiding the sash smoothly during opening or closing while stabilizing heavy elements. The integrated profiling reduces wear and facilitates long-lasting performance in daily use.[1]
