DL Chemicals Parafoam NBS is a one-component, gun-grade PU adhesive foam designed for efficient and controlled bonding of insulation panels and construction materials. Ready-to-use and suitable for both vertical and horizontal applications, it facilitates demanding construction and insulation tasks.
Specifications
- One-component polyurethane foam, applied using a dedicated foam gun
- Formulated without CFCs, HCFCs, or PFCs; does not harm the ozone layer
- Contains less than 0.1% free isocyanates; complies with stringent EU greenhouse gas regulation
- Cures to a semi-rigid, moisture-resistant, rot-proof, and non-aging adhesive
- High water resistance and excellent adhesion to most construction substrates except polyethylene, silicone, oils, and grease
- Security valve in synthetic material prevents moisture intrusion and premature curing inside the can
- GEV Emicode EC1plus and French VOC A+ labels certify very low emissions
Usage
To use, shake the can vigorously, attach to a suitable foam gun, and apply directly to clean, dry surfaces. Press panels or boards into place; after approximately 2 hours, bonded materials are load-bearing, allowing rapid workflow. Suitable for bonding polystyrene insulation, Styrofoam, MDF, Gyproc, and particle board to walls, facades, and roofs.
