- Supports door weights up to 160 kg, accommodating heavy or reinforced PVC doors[8][4].
- Allows easy vertical and horizontal adjustment without removing the door, simplifying installation and future maintenance[4][8].
- Features a discreet knuckle diameter of 22 mm for an unobtrusive appearance on the frame[8].
- The maintenance-free bushings ensure smooth operation and durability over time[4].

Specifications
- Made of high-quality extruded aluminum with a powder-coated RAL9001 cream finish for corrosion resistance and visual harmony.
- Bearing bushings are constructed from self-lubricating synthetic material requiring no ongoing maintenance[4][5]. Certified according to EN1935:2002, class 12 standards.
- Carries up to a maximum load of approximately 160 kg per set of three hinges (profile-dependent)[8][4]. Knuckle diameter: 22 mm. Suited for groove (nut) width: 16/3 mm. Screw length: 50 mm.
- Differentiates itself with three-way adjustability (+/-1.5 mm horizontally; +5 mm vertically), reversible design, rapid clamping installation without frame drilling, and a compact profile that blends with most PVC systems[3][8][4]. All necessary mounting accessories included.
How it works
The hinge securely clamps onto compatible PVC door profiles using included screws. Once mounted, adjustments can be made in multiple directions directly on the installed door—ensuring optimal alignment and closing function without having to remove the leaf or disrupt use during setup or later modifications.[4]
