- Tough ABS housing with EN50291-1:2018 certification for safety compliance in domestic environments
- Covers up to a maximum area of approximately 60 m²; powered by two AA (1.5V) alkaline batteries; operating temperature range from -10°C to +40°C; alarm volume reaches at least 85 dB at one meter distance
- Features include maximum value memory, digital CO level display, mute function, battery change alert (“low batt”), self-test capability for regular status checks
How it works
The detector continuously samples ambient air using an electrochemical sensor. When unsafe concentrations of carbon monoxide are detected, it triggers an audible and visual alarm while displaying the measured CO value on its screen. Regular self-tests help maintain optimal protection.
