Usage
The Combibox Rectavit Easy-Fix Turbo is designed for fast and efficient bonding of insulation boards, plasterboard, cellular concrete, and other common construction materials during dry construction or renovation projects. It is suitable for both wall and ceiling applications, including damp environments.
Advantages

Specifications
- Technology: One-component polyurethane foam adhesive supplied in a set of ten 750 ml cartridges with specially designed application gun and cleaner included.
- Shelf life up to 24 months unopened at +5°C to +25°C; excellent resistance against humidity and temperature fluctuations from -35°C to +90°C (short-term up to +120°C) [4][5][7].
- Curing time: Initial fixation after approx. one minute; skin formation at three minutes; fully loadable after around twelve hours. One can covers approximately: -12 m² sheet material, -10 m² aerated concrete, -100 electrical boxes, -equivalent to ~25 kg powder glue [1][3][7]. Density of cured foam: roughly 24 kg/m³; thermal conductivity ~0.035 W/mK.
- No post-expansion for precise application; high closed-cell structure (70–80%) limits shrinkage & enhances insulation properties [5]. Compatible with paint, fillers, plaster after curing.
How it works
The cartridge attaches directly onto the included gun applicator. After shaking the container vigorously, apply the adhesive by extruding beads onto one substrate surface. Position components within three minutes—initial hold is achieved quickly—and trim excess once cured. Clean fresh residues with the supplied cleaner before full hardening occurs [4][5][7].
