Rectavit Powerspray 169 Click&Fix is a transparent contact adhesive spray designed for bonding a wide range of surfaces, including panels, laminates, textiles, leather, cork, foam rubber, and more, in a 750ml format.

- Toluene-free and methylene chloride / DCM-free formulation
- Heat resistance up to +105°C
- Evaporation time: 2 to 5 minutes (touch-dry)

- Shelf life: up to 18 months under normal storage conditions
- Ideal application temperature: between +15°C and +25°C
- Immediate bond upon contact; non-repositionable once set
- Compatible with bare polystyrene panels (PS, EPS, XPS), metal, laminates, veneer (up to 1mm), leather, cork, felt, carpet, foam rubber, upholstery, and various textiles
Usage
Shake the can, then spray both surfaces to be bonded. Allow 2 to 5 minutes of evaporation time before pressing the surfaces firmly together. The bond is immediate and non-repositionable. Clean tools and excess adhesive using Rectavit Dissol Cleaner Spray or Citrus Cleaner Spray.

Can Powerspray 169 be used on polystyrene panels? — Yes, it is compatible with bare polystyrene panels including PS, EPS, and XPS types.

Is the adhesive repositionable after application? — No. The bond is immediate upon contact and cannot be repositioned once the surfaces are pressed together.

What surfaces are NOT compatible with this product? — It is not suitable for materials containing plasticizers, or for polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polystyrene (PS) as a substrate in certain configurations, Teflon (PTFE/PFA/FEP), or EPDM rubber.

How long does the adhesive remain workable after spraying? — The open time is up to 60 minutes, giving sufficient time to align surfaces before bonding.
