Usage
The SOLA 200mm digital angle protractor is designed for precise measurement, marking, and transfer of internal and external angles in carpentry, metalworking, and construction tasks where accuracy and ease of reading are essential.
Advantages
- High-contrast LCD display provides clear digital readings for reliable angle measurements.
- Integrated HOLD function enables storing measured values for use in hard-to-read positions.
- ZERO function allows incremental measurements from any reference point to support versatile applications.
- Anodized aluminum arms with reinforcement ribs ensure robust construction and long-term dimensional stability.
- Dual-purpose design: functions both as a protractor (0°–270° range) and a ruler with continuous millimeter/cm graduation on both branches.
Specifications
- Anodized aluminum arms with high-strength reinforcement ribs; laser-engraved metric scale (1 mm increments) on both sides; black finish for optimal contrast.[2][5]
- Tolerance of ±0.3° ensures accurate angular measurement; compliance with CEI child safety standard on the battery compartment.[3][4]
- Measuring range: 0°–270°, readability to 0.1°, arm length: compact format at 200 mm per branch (total extended length: approx. 400 mm).[5][4]
- Manual clamp screw securely locks branches at the desired angle; integrated stop edge aids precise surface alignment.[2][5]
How it works
The digital angle protractor operates by placing its arms along workpiece edges or surfaces. The measured angle appears instantly on the LCD display. With HOLD, users can freeze values even out of sight; ZERO resets reference points as needed for comparative or incremental measurements.[1][4]
