Usage
The UCS Sintesi 2000 chain motor is designed for automated opening and closing of windows in residential, commercial, or industrial settings. It is ideal for casement or awning windows requiring electrical actuation.
Advantages
- Facilitates remote and automated window operation for improved ventilation and accessibility.
- Provides consistent chain-driven movement ensuring reliable performance over time.
- Operates on standard 230 Vac power supply, compatible with most European building infrastructures.
- Brown finish offers discreet integration with various architectural styles.
- Simplifies installation and maintenance compared to hydraulic or manual systems.
Specifications
- The unit features a robust metal chain mechanism encased in a durable housing with a brown coating. Engineered for both strength and aesthetics in demanding applications.
- The motor is built to withstand frequent use; suitable for integration into modern building management systems. Designed to comply with applicable safety regulations for window automation equipment.
- The Sintesi 2000 delivers an opening force capable of operating most standard casement or awning windows (refer to manufacturer’s data sheet for exact force values). Stroke length typically adjustable up to approximately 400 mm depending on the installation configuration. Power consumption aligns with typical small electric actuators at this voltage range.
- Differentiates itself by its compact form factor, integrated limit switches, and straightforward wiring options that support single or grouped installations—allowing simultaneous control of multiple windows if needed.
How it works
The UCS Sintesi 2000 uses an internal electric motor that drives a reinforced chain outward or inward when powered, moving the attached window sash accordingly. Control signals can be sent via wall switch or building automation system as required by the application context.
