The UCS Super Master 24 Vdc chain actuator is designed for automating the opening and closing of high-level windows, skylights, and roof vents in commercial or residential buildings. It is suitable for smoke and heat extraction systems.

How it works

This actuator operates by extending or retracting a robust double-link chain when supplied with power at the specified voltage. It opens or closes window sashes automatically upon command via building control systems or manual switches.
