Usage
The Patte inférieure 265mm fermée JB-DK-R265 is used as a lower mounting bracket in façade and window installation systems. It ensures stable, adjustable support for frames, especially suited to installations where space below the opening must remain unobstructed.
Advantages
- Bend-resistant closed profile offers high load capacity and stability
- Galvanised steel Z275 finish for strong corrosion resistance
- Stepless positional adjustment with Torx T25 for precise alignment
- No elements intrude below the opening level—ideal for balconies with ISOKORB connectors
- Carries ift Rosenheim certification and meets RC2 security standards (DIN EN 1627)
Specifications
- Design: Closed-profile bracket made from galvanised steel (Z275), dimensions: 265 x 47 x 12 mm, plate thickness: 2.5 mm[6]
- Durability/Certifications: Certified by ift Rosenheim and DIBt; compliant with MO-02/1 requirements; meets RC2 class under DIN EN1627[6]
- Performance: Adjustable projection of axis between 110–150 mm; designed to support load values suitable for modern window assemblies (refer to manufacturer’s table)[6]
- Differentiators: Features a longitudinal slot for initial screw positioning and fixed end hole; enables frame levelling using auxiliary blocks on integrated base stub; supports easy adjustment without interfering with follow-on works or insulation systems[6][1]
How it works
The JB-DK-R265 bracket is fastened through its longitudinal slot to position the rail, then fixed via an end hole. Frame height can be levelled using additional bearing blocks placed on its base stub, providing stepless adjustability without limiting space beneath the installation area.[6][1]
