Automatic surface-mounted baseboard seal in silver finish for 530 mm swing doors, designed to close the gap between door and floor with a controlled guillotine-style drop-down movement for reliable sealing on different floor types.

Usage

Install the baseboard on the bottom of the door in surface-mounted configuration, cut to size within the allowed shortening range. When the door closes, the push-button presses against the frame or an external stop, activating the internal rods and lowering the seal from the button side to the opposite side until it contacts the floor, closing the gap.
