The CCE APPLIQ 1340 SILVER automatic baseboard seals gaps between swing doors and floors, ensuring effective air, dust, and sound insulation with a surface-mounted design in anodized aluminum finish, 630mm length per piece (Ref: 195026).

Specifications

  • Surface-mounted (applique) design in silver anodized aluminum; rigid push-rods system in glass-fiber reinforced nylon; steel push-button coated in nylon, adjustable via 3mm hex key; co-extruded thermoplastic fire-retardant seal (rigid + flexible).
  • Engineered for uniform pressure on all floor types; internal testing for air/water/wind performance by CCE.
  • Compatible with all door types; maximum shortening of 150mm.

Usage

When the door closes, the push-button compresses against the frame or stop, activating the rigid nylon push-rods. This lowers the internal mobile profile in a guillotine motion—first on the button side, then the opposite—deploying the seal along the full door length to adhere to the floor and seal gaps.
