Install the Dorma BTS 75 V-80-84 into the floor below the door for concealed and reliable door closing. Adjust closing force and speeds easily from above after removing the cover plate. The pivot can be set for either non-hold or 90° hold-open functionality. Use the recommended mass insulating gel to protect the mechanism from dirt and moisture without hindering adjustment access.
Can the closing force be adjusted?
Yes, the closing force is continuously adjustable between EN 1 and EN 4 using a lateral screw accessible from above.
What is the maximum door opening angle?
The pivot allows doors to open up to 180°, maximizing accessibility.
Does it include a hold-open function?
It is available in both non-hold and 90° hold-open versions; select your preferred option during specification.

The axis, stainless steel cover plate, and insulating protective gel must be ordered separately.
