Usage

This kit is designed to securely lock and control access to glass, wood, or metal doors in commercial, industrial, or residential environments requiring high holding force and reliable monitoring.

Specifications

  • 60 cm anodized aluminum bar equipped with two integrated electromagnetic locks (each rated at 400 kg holding force)
  • Tolerant of operating temperatures between -20°C and +70°C; built-in end caps protect technical elements on handle and post sides
  • Total retention: up to 800 kg; current draw per lock: ≤550 mA at 12 V DC or ≤275 mA at 24 V DC; includes connection terminals for quick wiring
  • Status monitoring through Hall effect sensor contacts (NO/NC), pre-mounted on the technical post; adjustable profiles allow on-site fine-tuning during installation

How it works

The kit is surface mounted onto the door frame. When powered, both electromagnets generate strong magnetic forces that hold the door closed. In case of power loss or authorized access signal, the magnets instantly release their hold, granting free passage.
