Usage
The Clé mixte Facom 10mm is designed for tightening and loosening hexagonal nuts and bolts in mechanical, automotive, and general maintenance tasks. Its 10mm size makes it ideal for precision work on smaller fasteners in confined spaces.
Advantages
- Dual-function design with open-end and 12-point ring head for versatile application
- Ring head angled at 15° enhances accessibility in tight or obstructed areas
- Forged chrome vanadium steel ensures high mechanical strength and durability
- OGV® profile maximizes contact surface to preserve both tool and fastener integrity
- I-beam handle offers improved comfort during prolonged use; compact size may limit leverage on larger bolts
Specifications
- Design: Combination wrench, metric sizing, open end angled at 15°, offset ring head also at a 15° angle from the handle axis for better maneuverability[1][3][5]
- Materials: Forged from high-quality chrome vanadium steel with a durable high-chrome finish[1][3]
- Standards: Complies with ISO 691, ISO 1711-1, ISO 3318, ISO 7738, DIN 3113 for quality and performance[1]
- Main dimensions: Length approximately suited to standard usage; fits all standard metric M6 nuts/bolts (10 mm)
- Differentiator: OGV® (Optimised Grip Profile) ring increases the lifetime of both tool and fastener by distributing force more evenly across contact surfaces[1][3][5]
How it works
The Clé mixte Facom features an open end for rapid positioning on hexagonal fasteners and a closed (ring) end providing secure grip even under high torque. Its opposing angles help access hard-to-reach nuts; simply place the appropriate end on the nut or bolt head to tighten or loosen as needed.
