Usage
The Facom 11mm combination wrench is designed for tightening and loosening 11mm metric fasteners in mechanical, automotive, and industrial applications. It is suitable for both professional and advanced DIY use where precision and reliability are required.
Advantages
- Offset box end at 15° improves access to fasteners in confined spaces and allows the wrench to clear obstructions easily.
- 12-point OGV® ring profile maximizes contact with nuts, reducing wear on both tool and fastener.
- I-beam handle design enhances comfort during prolonged use by providing a secure grip with rounded edges.
- Forged from chrome vanadium steel for high resistance to bending or breaking under stress.
- No electrical insulation properties; not suitable for live circuit work (minor drawback).
Specifications
- The wrench is constructed from rigorously forged chrome vanadium steel with a high-polish chrome finish, delivering durability and corrosion resistance.
- Manufactured according to ISO standards (ISO 691, ISO 1711-1, ISO 3318) as well as DIN 3113; suitable for use in demanding professional settings.
- Total length: approximately 150 mm; weight: about 0.09 kg.
- The open end is angled at 15°, while the box end features a 12-point OGV® profile also angled at 15°, ensuring versatile usability in restricted environments.
How it works
The user positions either the open or box end of the wrench over an appropriately sized nut or bolt head. The shape of each jaw provides maximum grip while turning fasteners securely without slipping. The offset angles facilitate operation around nearby obstacles by allowing repositioning between turns.
