Usage
These small, black nitrile gloves are designed for single-use protection in environments like laboratories, food handling, cleaning tasks, and light industrial work. Their powder-free and latex-free construction helps minimize allergic reactions while ensuring reliable barrier protection.
Advantages
- Provides excellent chemical and puncture resistance thanks to high-quality nitrile material[1][3].
- Finger-textured surface improves grip on wet or dry items[1][2].
- Powder-free and latex-free to reduce the risk of skin allergies[1][3].
- Ambidextrous design with beaded cuffs for easy donning and secure fit[1].
- Meets EN420 standard and is manufactured under ISO 13485 & ISO 9001 quality systems; minor drawback: intended only for non-medical use in some applications[1].
Specifications
- Nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR), non-sterile, powder-free, black color; textured fingers; ambidextrous; beaded cuff design for added strength at wrist[1][3].
- Tensile strength before aging: minimum 14 MPa; ultimate elongation before aging: minimum 500% according to ASTM D6319 standards. Conforms to EN420 standards. Manufactured under ISO-certified processes (ISO13485/ISO9001)[1][3].
- Palm width: approximately 85 mm (±5 mm); glove length: typically 242–248 mm. Thickness ranges from 0.05–0.14 mm across cuff/finger/palm areas. Maximum powder residue per glove below 2 mg[1].[9]
- Shelf life of five years when stored in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight. Each box contains 100 gloves; single use only.[1]
How it works
The user selects the appropriate glove size, dons them onto clean hands using the beaded cuff for easy application, then safely performs tasks requiring hand protection against contamination or contact with chemicals or liquids. Dispose after single use.
