The Dr Hahn KT-N 6R template is designed for precise installation of KT-N 6R hinges on PVC doors in residential or commercial environments, ensuring accurate alignment and secure mounting.

Advantages

Allows single-person adjustment in six directions without removing the door
Supports high door weights up to 160 kg, depending on design and version
CE-certified according to EN 1935:2002, hinge class 14 for high loads and security use
Largely pre-assembled with special fastening screws included for quick installation
Bearing point is maintenance-free over lifespan

Specifications

Made from extruded aluminium with subtle, contemporary design suitable for multiple RAL-colour finishes
Certified to EN 1935:2002 (hinge class 14), SKG two-star security rating; suitable for emergency exit doors
Carries door weights up to maximum of 160 kg (with KT-FIX system); compatible with profile section heights of four upstand ranges: typically from about 15–27 mm depending on model variant[1][5][7]
Features variable adjustment: horizontal ±5 mm, vertical +4/–3 mm, sealing pressure ±2.5 mm (+0.5 mm reserve)

How it works

The template guides drilling and screw placement so that KT-N 6R hinges can be installed accurately onto PVC doors. After marking and preparing holes using the jig, the hinge mounts securely with supplied screws. All position adjustments are accessible after installation by a single person[1][7].
