Usage
The COSMOFEN RM repair kit is designed for quick and reliable restoration of cracks, holes, and surface damages in rigid PVC profiles, particularly for windows, doors, and frames in residential or commercial settings.
Advantages

Specifications
- Two-component polymerisation resin based on acrylic: powder (13 g) and fluid (6 g)
- Cured color matches RAL 9016 Traffic White; suitable for visible repairs on white PVC profiles
- Working time after mixing: approximately 5 minutes at +20°C; sandable after about 25 minutes; fully cured in approximately 24 hours at room temperature (50% relative humidity)
- Pasty viscosity ensures excellent adhesion without dripping or running even on vertical surfaces; processed between +5°C to +30°C ambient temperature range
How it works
The powder and liquid components are mixed thoroughly using the provided spatula until homogeneous. The mixture is applied directly into the damaged area, allowed to set briefly, then can be sanded smooth after around twenty-five minutes. The repair achieves full strength within twenty-four hours.
