Usage
The Hoppe Kompakt Hambourg window handle without base, with key and 90° stop, is designed for secure opening and locking of inward or outward-opening windows in residential and commercial environments.
Advantages
- Equipped with a push cylinder lock and reversible key for reliable security against unauthorized access.
- Compatible with aluminium, wood, and PVC window profiles for versatile application.
- Kompakt design without base ensures a streamlined appearance on modern windows.
- 90° stop-in position facilitates precise operation for tilt-and-turn or casement mechanisms.
- Sleek black F9714M finish integrates discreetly into contemporary interiors; minor drawback: visible screws due to absence of base plate.
Specifications
- Body made from robust aluminium; supporting components in zamak alloy; black powder-coated finish (F9714M).
- Endurance-tested mechanism certified for over 10 years of typical use; complies with applicable European manufacturing standards.[5]
- Main spindle size: 7 mm square profile; spindle length: approximately 43 mm. Fixed rotation positions at every quarter turn (90°).
- Kompakt style omits the mounting base plate for minimal visual impact. Locking function operated via smooth cylinder key system.[1][2][3]
How it works
The handle mounts directly onto the window sash. To unlock, insert the key and rotate it before turning the handle to a designated position—either to open or lock the sash at a secure angle. The fixed stop at every quarter turn ensures controlled movement.[1][3]
