Usage
The auto-adjusting wire stripper is designed to strip insulation from wires ranging from 0.03 mm² to 10 mm², making it suitable for electrical installation, maintenance, and repair tasks in both professional and DIY environments.
Advantages
- Automatically adapts to different wire sizes without manual adjustment
- Suitable for fine (0.03 mm²) through large conductors (up to 10 mm²)
- Reduces risk of conductor damage during stripping
- Integrated cutting function enhances versatility
- Slim design enables use in confined spaces; may not be optimal for extremely rigid insulation types
Specifications
- Precision mechanism made of high-strength steel with reinforced polymer housing for light weight and durability
- Lifespan tested for thousands of cycles under standard workshop conditions; compliant with relevant quality standards for hand tools in the electrical trade
- Covers stripping range from ultra-fine wires (0.03 mm²) up to larger cables (10 mm²); integrated cutter handles copper and aluminum conductors up to approximately Ø3.0 mm efficiently when used as intended
- Self-adjusting jaws grip insulation firmly while protecting the conductor core—includes ergonomic handles designed for comfort during repetitive work sessions; suitable for both single-core and multi-core wires within specified ranges
How it works
The tool automatically detects the cross-section of the wire inserted between its jaws, gripping and stripping away insulation cleanly when handles are squeezed. No manual calibration is required; simply place the wire, press the handle, and remove stripped wire ready for use.
