Usage
The full-extension stainless steel ball bearing slides are designed for smooth, durable operation of drawers in cabinetry, industrial furniture, machine construction, or any application requiring reliable movement and easy access.
Advantages
- Constructed from corrosion-resistant SS304 stainless steel for demanding environments
- Supports loads up to 45 kg per pair under standard mounting conditions
- Total extension allows complete drawer access for improved ergonomics and storage efficiency
- Suitable for lateral mounting on a wide range of drawer sizes and types
- Non-magnetic rails ensure compatibility with sensitive installations; magnetic balls provide durability and hardness[1][4]
Specifications
- Main structure in genuine SS304 (EN 1.4301) stainless steel; short name X5CrNi18-10[1][4]
- Suits environments with high humidity or risk of corrosion (food industry, laboratories)
- Total load capacity: up to 45 kg per pair when mounted vertically; reduced to ~11.25 kg if installed flat[3][4]
- Lateral mounting design with a nominal length of 500 mm and height of approximately 45 mm; thickness about 12.7 mm[3][4]
How it works
The slides mount on the sides of the drawer unit. Ball bearings enable smooth telescopic motion so that the drawer can be pulled out completely for full access. A safety catch holds the drawer securely in closed position until released by lowering a lever within the slide mechanism.
