Usage
Designed for smooth, full-extension movement of drawers in environments with elevated corrosion risks, these stainless steel ball bearing runners are ideal for cabinetry, industrial equipment, and machine construction where both robust support and hygiene are required.
Advantages
- Made from corrosion-resistant stainless steel SS304 (EN 1.4301), suitable for demanding or humid environments.
- Supports drawers up to 45 kg in lateral mounting applications.
- Full extension allows complete access to drawer contents.
- Telescope ball bearing system ensures stable and quiet sliding action.
- If mounted flat (horizontally), load capacity is reduced to approximately 25% of the stated value—a consideration for specific installations.[1][5]
Specifications
- Constructed from genuine SS304 stainless steel (X5CrNi18-10); hard steel balls provide durable performance.[1][5]
- Able to operate reliably in humid, corrosive, or food-processing environments; conforms to standard mechanical tolerances.[1][5]
- Total load capacity: up to 45 kg per pair (when side-mounted); height: 45 mm; thickness: approximately 12.7 mm; total extension length: nominally matches rail length at 350 mm.[3][4]
- The set includes one left and one right runner; non-magnetic rails with magnetized balls for hardness; optimized telescopic design maximizes drawer accessibility while maintaining stability.[1][3]
How it works
The runners mount laterally inside a cabinet or enclosure. Ball bearings glide within telescoping channels—supporting the full weight of an extended drawer—while enabling smooth opening and closing over the entire runner length without loss of stability.[1][4]
