The CCE ALUWING 3920 automatic baseboard, 630mm, is engineered to efficiently seal the gap beneath aluminum and security doors. Designed for robust environments, this product ensures controlled sealing and streamlined installation on various floor types.

Specifications

  • Nylon linkage system reinforced with fiberglass provides consistent pressure and maximum sealing efficiency
  • Durable thermoplastic, fire-resistant monolayer seal
  • Designed for aluminum and armored doors; maximum shortening by 150mm
  • Push-button in nylon with rounded, hex-adjustable head (3mm)
  • Easy mounting with screws through external profile wings (screws not included)

Usage

When the door closes, the push-button mechanism activates rigid nylon arms that lower the internal profile in a smooth guillotine-like motion, ensuring the seal firmly presses to the entire floor length. This reliably blocks drafts, dust, and sound from passing beneath the door.
