Usage
The Trépan Spit Hybride X-Force M41 Ø72x350mm is designed for dry or wet core drilling of reinforced concrete, masonry, brickwork, and stone. Ideal for construction professionals performing precise large-diameter holes in demanding materials.
Advantages
- Hybrid diamond technology ensures fast penetration in both reinforced concrete and masonry.
- Laser-welded segments improve durability and resist segment loss during intensive use.
- Large diameter (Ø72 mm) allows efficient creation of wide openings for pipes or conduits.
- Usable with standard professional core drilling machines thanks to M41 connection.
- Total length of 350 mm provides deep drilling capability without the need for extensions; however, weight may require stable machine mounting.
Specifications
- Crown design: Hybrid X-Force segments with premium industrial diamonds; laser-welded to a robust steel body.
- Toughness: Suitable for dry or wet operations on reinforced concrete; engineered to withstand repeated heavy-duty use without premature wear.
- Sizing & performance: Diameter Ø72 mm; effective working length of up to 350 mm per pass. Maintains high cutting speed across a range of mineral materials. Compatible with M41 threaded chucks commonly used in site equipment.
- Differentiator: Hybrid segment geometry optimizes chip evacuation while minimizing vibration and maintaining straight hole alignment even under load.
How it works
The Trépan Spit Hybride X-Force M41 attaches securely to a compatible core drill motor. When activated at recommended speed, its hybrid diamond segments grind through hard substrates—concrete, stone, or brick—delivering clean hole edges with reduced risk of binding or overheating. For optimal service life in particularly hard materials like reinforced concrete, water cooling is recommended when possible.
