Usage

The GEZE TS 3000 V door closer is designed for controlled and reliable closing of single-leaf internal doors, including fire and smoke protection doors, with a maximum leaf width of 1100 mm.

Specifications

  • Slim overhead design in matte black (RAL 9005); constructed with robust materials suitable for high-traffic environments.
  • Tested to EN 1154 standards; barrier-free up to a leaf width of up to 1100 mm in accordance with DIN 18040; appropriate for use on fire/smoke protection doors when installed per specifications.
  • Variable closing force adjustable from EN size 1 to 4; recommended max. door width: 1100 mm; maximum opening angle: 180°; dimensions (body): approx. length 226 mm × depth 46 mm × height 60 mm.
  • Differentiators include front adjustment valves for speed/latching control, side adjustment for force setting, integrated thermo-control valves, optional hold-open capability (not permitted on fire-rated installations), compatibility with both hinge or opposite hinge mounting positions, and minimal installation effort due to low part count.

How it works

The TS 3000 V uses hydraulic damping technology: once the door is manually opened, the closer unit reliably brings it back to the closed position at an adjustable speed. Final latching enhances closure security and all key functions can be set conveniently from the front except the closing force setting which adjusts from the side.
