Usage
Designed for drilling precise holes in concrete, natural stone, masonry, and limestone. Ideal for use with hammer drills up to 1000 W for anchor installations, renovation tasks, or utility passage creation.
Advantages
- Tungsten carbide tip ensures efficient penetration and extended edge retention
- U-shaped milled flute enables rapid removal of drilling dust
- Reinforced steel body offers high flexural strength and reduces breakage risk
- Brazed at high temperature according to DIN 8039 for robust tip fixation
- Sized at Ø4mm—ideal for small-diameter anchor holes in tough substrates
Specifications
- Milled U-flute design with hardened steel body; tungsten carbide cutting tip compliant with DIN standards [1][3][5]
- Manufactured under ISO 5468; suitable for hammer drills up to max. 1000 W [1][3]
- Total length typically between 75–110 mm (model dependent); effective diameter: Ø4mm [5]
- Braze technology provides increased resistance against chipping during heavy-duty operations[1][3]; fast dust evacuation maintains performance over repeated use[5]
How it works
The drill bit’s carbide-tipped point breaks through hard materials while the milled U-flute guides debris out of the hole. Insert into a compatible rotary or percussion drill and apply steady force to achieve precise, clean bores.
