Usage
This double Euro profile cylinder is used to secure residential or commercial doors requiring high resistance against snapping, drilling, and unauthorized key duplication. It is suitable for applications such as armored doors, shops, and small offices.
Advantages
- Enhanced snap resistance with a steel bi-material core visible at both ends of the cylinder for added deterrence
- Bumping protection via the patented BKP (Bump Key Power) system to prevent unauthorized opening techniques
- High drill and pick resistance thanks to hardened steel pins and special driver profiles
- User-friendly: double clutch mechanism enables operation from either side even if a key is inserted in the opposite side
- Tested for durability up to 100,000 cycles in compliance with EN 1303:2005 standard; supplied with three reversible keys for convenience
Specifications

How it works
The CISA Astral S DUO Euro profile double cylinder operates by aligning its internal pin tumblers using an authorized reversible flat key. Insertions from either end are possible even if another key remains inserted on the opposite side. Security features actively resist snapping, drilling, bumping, and picking attempts during use.
